Stainless steel fermenter adopts aseptic system to avoid and prevent microbial contamination in the air, greatly extending the shelf life and purity of products. Stainless steel fermenters are specially designed and fitted with sterile breathing holes or sterile positive pressure fermentation systems.

Stainless steel fermenter is a mechanical stirring equipment for fermenting materials. The device adopts internal circulation and uses stirring paddle to disperse broken bubbles. High oxygen dissolution rate and good mixing effect. The tank is made of imported stainless steel SUS304 or 316L. The tank is equipped with automatic spray cleaning head to ensure that the production process meets the requirements of GMP.

The following matters should be noted when installing and using stainless steel fermenter:

1. When inhaling air, slowly open the intake valve until the pressure is required, and then install a trap at the condensate outlet.

2. In the process of use, we should always pay attention to the change of steam pressure and adjust the intake valve in time.

3. The steam pressure used by the equipment shall not exceed the allowable working pressure.

4. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the user's own steam pressure, not overuse.

5. It is strictly prohibited to produce negative pressure in the fermenter, so as not to pollute or damage the fermenter.

6. After stopping use, please note whether there is residual water in the tank.

7. During the fermentation process, the pressure in the fermenter shall not exceed 0.17MPa.

8. During the operation of the fermenter, the pressure in the air duct must be higher than that in the fermenter. Otherwise, the liquid in the fermenter will flow back into the filter, the filter element will be clogged, and the filter will be banned.

Stainless steel fermenter is widely used in dairy, beverage, biological engineering, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and other industries. The tanks are equipped with sandwich and insulation to heat, cool and insulate. The tank body and the upper and lower filling head (or cone) are processed by rotating r Angle, and the inner wall of the tank is polished by mirror, without sanitary dead Angle. Fully enclosed design ensures that materials are always mixed and fermented without pollution. The equipment is equipped with air breathing hole, CIP cleaning nozzle, manhole and other devices.
