Notes on the use of liquid fermenter

Liquid fermenter is characterized by tank height, high diameter ratio of oxytetracycline and other production equipment, high diameter ratio of 7. Because the liquid level is high, the air utilization rate is high, saving air about 5%, saving power about 30%, but the bottom precipitation;

1. This system must be used when all the individual equipment of the liquid fermenter can operate normally.

2. When sterilizing the filter, the steam pressure of the air filter shall not exceed 0.17MPa, otherwise, the filter element will be damaged and lose the filtration ability.

3. In the fermentation process, the tank pressure should be ensured not to exceed 0.17MPa.

4. The intake pressure must be controlled within the working pressure range of the equipment (no more than 02)MPa), otherwise it will damage the liquid fermenter.

5. In empty and solid elimination,- must exhaust the remaining water in the jacket of the liquid fermenter. Otherwise, the cylinder in the liquid fermenter may be flat and the equipment may be damaged. In the actual elimination process, it will also lead to too much condensate, resulting in dilution of culture solution, can not meet the process requirements.

6. During the cooling process after empty and solid elimination, it is strictly prohibited to produce negative pressure in the liquid fermenter to avoid pollution or even damage to the equipment.

7. In the fermentation process, the tank pressure of the liquid fermenter should be kept at 0.03~0.05MPa to avoid pollution.

8. During each operation, the pressure in the air duct must be greater than that in the liquid fermenter, otherwise the liquid in the liquid fermenter will flow back into the filter, clog the filter element or fail.

9. If you have problems that you cannot solve, please contact the after-sale service department of the liquid fermenter directly. Do not forcibly remove or repair the liquid fermenter.
