Stainless steel fermenter adopts aseptic system to avoid and avoid microbial contamination in the air, greatly extending the shelf life of products. Aseptic systems avoid airborne microbial contamination. And prevent it. This significantly improves the shelf life and purity of the product. The tanks are specially designed with sterile breathing holes or sterile positive pressure fermentation systems. Tanks are fitted with plates or labyrinth jackets and can be heated or cooled by circulating heating or cooling media. Different specifications of stainless steel fermenter capacity of 300-15000L. According to different range of use, stainless steel fermenter can be divided into small laboratory fermenter, pilot production of stainless steel fermenter and large stainless steel fermenter.

Stainless steel fermenter structure:

1. Steam generator: Yellow light indicates that water supply is needed. When the water is in good condition, the red light goes on and the heating starts automatically. On the back is a valve, usually a switch that controls the flow of steam.

2. Air storage tank: Due to aging of experimental equipment, the pressure is controlled to 2Kg (0.2Mpa) for safety consideration. If the pressure is higher than this, the air compressor needs to be shut down. There is a safety valve at the bottom of the tank, usually open.

3. Air compressor: press the red button to pump air into the air storage tank.

Before using the stainless steel fermenter, it should be used and maintained according to the operating instructions to ensure the stability of the material fermentation and the service life of the stainless steel fermenter equipment. Please note the following when using and operating a stainless steel fermenter.

1. Read the instructions carefully when operating stainless steel fermenter equipment for the first time.

2. Stainless steel fermenter equipment must be firmly grounded.

3. Preparation before disinfection (air source, water supply, PH level zero, gradient calibration, DO level zero calibration); Each connection port (focus on the removable cover of the sensor and tank lid) is securely connected and confirmed.

4. Preparation before fermentation (set fermentation conditions, DO level slope calibration, PH level zero calibration).

5. Before turning off the main power supply, please close the control program, and then turn off the controller and power supply.

6. After the operation of the equipment, remember to close the water valve and air source.

7. Before starting to control the temperature, the water injection switch and the cold water solenoid valve control button must be turned on until there are no bubbles or water in the drain pipe.

8. The high working pressure of the stainless steel fermenter shall not exceed the design pressure, and the intake pressure shall not exceed 0.2Mp.
