1. Control medium injection mode. The medium should be injected from the bottom of the tank and from the top of the tank should be avoided as far as possible. If missing, the medium should be injected from the top of the tank, pipe outlet should be inserted into the tank, the depth should be 200mm from the bottom of the tank;

2, control the flow rate of the medium. The higher the flow rate, the more likely it is to generate static electricity. The flow rate of oil products in the pipeline v=0.8(1/d)1/2 (d is the diameter of the pipeline, V represents the average flow rate).

Three, avoid water. Media mixing co-transport, avoid different media mixing co-transport, avoid liquid media. Oil, gas and compressed air are transported together. Even if the storage tank is dehydrated, special attention should be paid to the dehydration before feeding.

4. Fill with inert protective gas. The tank is filled with nitrogen to protect and reduce the nitrogen content in the tank. The oil surface in the tank cannot form explosive mixed gas. Even if the tank produces static electricity and discharge sparks, can also ensure the tank;

5. Straddle. The floating top of the tank should be straddled with the wall of the tank. When pipes are insulated or corroded from valves, flowmeters, filters, pumps and tanks, they should be bonded.

6. Ground. The storage tank and isolation body should be grounded, and the common grounding body can be grounded for lightning protection.

7. Control the static electricity of the human body and the static electricity of the human body. Technical personnel (sampling, measuring, etc.) should first touch the electrostatic device of the human body. Wear anti-static clothing.

8. Install static appliances. The static electric apparatus is installed at the end of the pipe, and the charge with the opposite polarity of the oil charge is injected into the phase tube to achieve charge neutralization and static electricity.

9. Install electrostatic softener. After the filter, install an electrostatic softener in the position before the fluid enters the tank.

10. Add antistatic additives. The addition of antistatic additives greatly improves the conductivity of the medium, so that the electrostatic charge in the medium can not accumulate and quickly leak to the earth through the bonding charge.
