What are the structural characteristics of fermenter products?

First, the fermenter tank pre-cleaning method

1. Release materials after each batch of fermentation. Carefully remove pH and DO electrodes and rinse with running water. Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of pilot pH electrodes and standard Operating procedures for pilot dissolved oxygen electrodes.

2. Rinse the electrode jack with a small amount of tap water on the pH and DO of the tank, and then use the matching piston plug and tighten it with the screw cap. And record the operation content.

3. When cleaning the jar below 50L, loosen the top cap screw and each connection, remove the top cap of the fermenter, remove the inoculation cap, supplementary hole plug, defoaming agent probe and reserved hole plug, clean and wipe each part with a rag, and then rinse with running water. Clean the lid, the interface between the lid and the tank, the inside of the tank and the seal of the blender with a soft brush, rinse the residue with running water, and collect the rinse water in a bucket. Check the ring, clean it with a rag (if there is any aging, replace and record in time), then equip the parts in turn, cover the fermenter, tighten the fixing screws symmetrically, and check the sealing performance by air compression. If there is leakage, relieve the pressure in time, and check the leakage for treatment and solution. And record the operation content.

4. The feeding cover, inoculation cap, filling hole plug, defoaming agent probe and each reserved hole plug should be loosened for the cleaning of the tank body above 50L. Each part should be cleaned with a rag and cleaned with tap water. Turn on the power lamp, check whether there are large slag and other sundries on the inner wall of the tank, if there are, use special tools to remove sundries. Brush the inner wall with a soft brush, the lid interfaces with the tank, the inner wall of the tank is sealed with the blender, rinse the residue and residue with running water, and collect the rinse water in a bucket.
