1. Empty tank preparation, remove the fermenter, clean the fermenter, load the material, close the lid, tighten the compression bolt on the lid. pH.DO electrode, insert the electrode into the sensor interface on the can cover, and lock the nut in time. Mixer motor interface. .ph. DO. Foam electrode interface should be wrapped with tin foil; Air inlet, install air filter membrane, clamp the connecting pipe; Control the appropriate opening of the tail pipe with spiral clamp, with eight layers of gauze and newspaper bandage; Sampling tube closed.

2. Sterilization Put the fermenter into the sterilization pot to sterilize.

3. Cool the sterilized fermenter, put it back in the fermentation position, and put the motor and motor back in the fermentation position. pH.DO. The foam electrode wire is well connected, and the temperature electrode is installed in the temperature measuring interface. Connect the circulating water pipe, open the circulating water switch, and automatically set the temperature.

Connect the ventilation to the air filter membrane, open the air flowmeter, open the connecting pipe between the air filter membrane and the tank, and the air enters the tank. Note: During the cooling process, always monitor the tank pressure and do not reduce the pressure.

4. Fermentation enters the fermentation stage when the temperature falls to the temperature required for fermentation

1) Set each fermentation parameter as the fermentation process value, and then calibrate the dissolved oxygen electrode at 100%.

2) Inoculation: reduce tank pressure to no more than 00.02Mpa. Loosen the inoculation port in advance, place a flame ring at the inoculation port and ignite it (add cotton to the inoculation port), open the inoculation port, pour in the seeds, and then tighten the inoculation port to immediately increase the tank pressure.

3) Fermentation initialization: Enter "fermentation batch number" in the "Initialization" module to change the fermentation state to "Start".

5. End of fermentation

1) At the end of fermentation, change the fermentation state in the module to "End" in "initialization". Open sampling valve, open tank bottom valve to release material.

2) After feeding, remove the supplementary needle and cover the plug. Clean the tank with distilled water, wash it, and soak it to the electrode with appropriate amount of distilled water (the electrode does not need to be taken off for a long time and stored properly). Close all open valves and the controller returns to the main menu Ctrl+F6 to turn off the control program and Z to turn off the main power supply.
