How should stainless steel fermenter equipment be maintained in daily use

1. Stainless steel fermenter should be installed on the firm flat workbench, its height should be determined according to the purpose, and set aside a certain amount of installation and maintenance space around the equipment and workbench!

2. When installing the stainless steel fermenter, the drive shaft should be perpendicular to the ground, and the perpendicality (inclination) should not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.

3. After installation, check whether the connecting parts and transmission parts are secure and reliable. All connecting pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be air-tight test, no bubbles, bubbles, water droplets and leaks.

4. Before starting the stainless steel fermentor, inject 46# oil into the reducer, open the motor cover, turn the blade by hand, check whether it is stuck, whether the stirring paddle scratches the wall, and clean it. The kettle can only start if there is something dirty in it. After running empty for 30 minutes without abnormal noise and vibration, it can be put into production. In addition, the reducer oil should be replaced regularly according to the production situation.

5. Bearing replacement: After 1-2 years of use, the bearing noise is obviously larger, or the stirring shaft swing is obviously replaced. Bearing end cover unloading end, unload the tightening shaft and bearing gland, remove the bearing end cover, remove the bearing at the bottom of the clamping spring, remove the mixing shaft, remove the bearing, replace and reinstall.

6. Filter element replacement: Because the air contains a lot of dust, the microporous filter will gradually block after a period of time, which is due to the lack of airflow and air pressure caused by the health increase, may lead to bacterial infection, only need to be replaced. When running at idle speed, the filter element should be lowered from the air and the condensate in the filter should be pumped out.

7. Solenoid valve maintenance: solenoid valve for cooling, solenoid valve spool failure, spool sealing ring failure, electromagnetic coil damage may lead to solenoid valve failure. Fault judgment: the circulating pump runs normally, the circulating pipeline is normal, the temperature drop is not only the reason for the increase, but also the electromagnetic valve or spool leakage stuck, another reason may be the electric heater burned. Water injection switch, water injection switch indicator light, solenoid valve end no magnetism, no cooling water discharge, coil damage. The water injection switch indicator light is off, and the fuse in the box is blown. Close the solenoid valve, cooling water leaks at the outlet, spool seal failure or debris clogs the spool.

8. Air hose: To prevent accidental rupture of stainless steel fermenter hose and air flowmeter, it is recommended to replace it every two years.

9. Stainless steel fermenter should be cleaned in time after fermentation and disinfection. When installing, the air distributor should be refilled and the filling hole should be replaced in time, such as the replacement of the bottom valve and the bottom valve washer.
