1. The fermentation process will produce a lot of protein, beer resin, polysaccharide, yeast and other organic matter, as well as calcium oxalate, sulfate and other inorganic matter. The fermenter is empty and organic and inorganic dirt adheres to the walls of the tank, forming a yellowish brown color. If there is a lot of tartar, the surface turns white, and inorganic and organic matter intertwine like the skin of alkaline soil.

Alkali is used for cleaning, but can only help remove organic matter, cleaning temperature reaches 80℃ cleaning effect is better.

Due to a number of factors, after years of use, fermenters produce a lot of dirt that cannot be completely removed during conventional cleaning, such as dirt that builds up on the walls of the tank. Therefore, the fermenter can be cleaned every four to five years during the off-season.
